Gaskets have to be exchanged from time to time because there is a highly wear. In the engine area are diverse gaskets, which you can obtain in our shop. In the area of the cylinder, we can offer cylinder-head gaskets for R2V models with 900 ccm or 1000 ccm as well as for R2V models with engine conversion with 1010 ccm or 1043 ccm and 1070 ccm with Big Bore Kit. For the cylinder barrel we have also a gasket for R2V models up to 9/1975. On the issue of sealing rings, you can find at our house crankshaft sealing rings rear and front for R2V models, a camshaft sealing ring front for R2V models from 9/1975 up to 9/1978, a shaft seal on the speedometer gear for BMW /5-, /6-, /7-models up to 9/1977 and a sealing ring for the oil drain screw for R2V-, R4V-, K- models. O-rings are available for the cylinder barrel large for R2V models from 9/1975, cylinder barrel small and oil pump covers for R2V models generally as well as the pulse generator for R2V models from 9/1978. For the overpressure valve front and the connecting cover rear for R2V models and generally for BMW /5, /6, R90S, R45/65 and R65GS, we have the gasket for the engine ventilation in our range. Furthermore, a gasket is deliverable for the oil intake manifold for R2V models. Intact protective sleeves are important against oil loss. The plunger tube seals 16 mm for R2V from 9/1975 and 18 mm for R2V up to 9/1975 and a ram gum for the BMW R45 and R65 are also available at our house. For R2V models, you find also chain box cover gaskets large and small as well as the bearing shell for the connecting rod and the connecting rod bolts. For an all-round rejuvenation, our seal insert can be used. We have this one as engine gasket 800 ccm for R80 models from 9/1980, as engine gasket 1000 ccm for R100 models from 9/1980 and as engine gasket for the camshaft for R2V models from 9/1980.
